\"\"Alta Badia is, due to its geographical position, the ideal starting point for some of the most beautiful climbs, hikes and “via ferrata” (iron paths ways) in the Dolomites.<\/p>\n

Our suggestion: correct equipment, experience and knowledge of the mountain environment are important ingredients in order to enjoy a safe day out on a “via ferrata”. Before starting the tour, contact the refuge host or the local alpine guides about the state of each path.<\/p>\n

You can also reach it by foot, through the Campolongo Pass, following the path\u00a0n\u00b0 638.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The alpine guide \/ alpines skier <\/strong>is the only professional figure capable of accompanying people and teaching them about climbing on the high mountain terrain, or on the icy or rocky ground about alpine skiing. The training of the alpine guide skier and the carrying out of this profession is defined by law and the title is recognised internationally by all the nations that participate in the UIAGM (International Union of Mountain Guides).<\/strong>\u00a0 The attainment of the title of alpine guide skier is achieved by attending the appropriate courses, with the final examinations being very selective and only those extremely well prepared being likely to pass.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
