Prices are to be intended per person and day, with bed & breakfast treatment <\/strong>for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
\nFor stays under 7 nights we will charge a supplement.

\nup to 2 years of age: -50%
\nbetween 3 and 7 years: -20%
\nbetween 8 and 10 years of age: -10%<\/strong><\/p>\n

All of our rooms <\/strong>dispose of bathroom with\u00a0shower, balcony (with exception of the single room), Sat-TV with flat screan and safe.
\nAt the Hotel<\/strong>:<\/strong> Bar, WI FI and bike depot.
\nCovered garage<\/strong>: Euro 18,00 per day (reservation is recommended).<\/p>\n

Pets: <\/strong>we accept pets and not in all rooms (max 1 pet per room) at the price Euro 18,00 per day per pet. Please mention your pet when booking and that animals are not allowed to enter the breakfast room.<\/p>\n

Valuables:<\/strong> It is possible to leave your valuables at the reception where you will get a receipt for them. All of the rooms dispose of a safe.\u00a0The Hotel is not responsible for unattended valuables.<\/p>\n

During the “Maratona dles Dolomites” (international cycle race, this year will take place on the day of Sunday, 5 July 2026), we require the total amount of your stay. (tourist tax included)<\/strong><\/p>\n

For late arrival, early departure or no show clients, we have to charge a part of the total amount, as you can read on our written confirmation.
\nIn case of cancellation, and as mentioned in the Italian civil code, art. 1385 and in the sense of consumer protection Codex (art.59) , the deposit will not be refunded.<\/strong><\/p>\n
