Prices are to be intended per person and day, for overnight stay only and for a minimum\u00a0of 7 nights.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For stays under 7 nights, we will charge a supplement.
\nApartments with kitchen will be rented only for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
\nAll of our rooms and each apartment dispose of private bathroom with shower or bathtub, hair-dryers, WC, bidet and TV. Some\u00a0have balcony.
\nOur Comfort and Superior apartments also dispose of: dishwasher and safe.<\/p>\n

Included services:
\n<\/strong>Use of bed linens, towels, crockeries,water, electricity, parking area, taxes, bike depot, WI FI and final cleaning if the apartment\/kitchen are clean at the departure.<\/p>\n

\nTourist tax * Euro 3.00 per person and overnight stay is excluded, excluding children under 14 years<\/p>\n

Reductions:<\/strong>
\n-20%\u00a0for children’s up to\u00a07 years of age, only in the added beds. Special reductions for groups.<\/p>\n

Our services on payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-On request you can reserve the breakfast buffet at the Hotel Borest (near the Residence);<\/p>\n

-Bread service order, only on reservation till 6:00 p.m. of the day before;<\/p>\n

-Washing machine and dryer machine;<\/p>\n

-Car parking in our garage, only on reservation, at the daily rate of Euro 18,00<\/p>\n

-Solarium costs Euro 18,00 per session.<\/p>\n

Final cleaning:<\/strong>
\nBetween Euro 0,00 and Euro 120,00, depending of the conditions of the apartment at the departure.<\/p>\n

Pets:
\n<\/strong>We accept pets in our Standard and Comfort apartments and someone Superior Apartments (max 1 pet per room) at the price of\u00a0 Euro 18,00 per day per pet. Please mention your pet when booking and not that animals are not allowed to enter the breakfast room.<\/p>\n

Smoking:<\/strong>
\nEnjoy our non-smoking rooms and apartments.
\nTo smoke please use the balcony.\u00a0At the reservation please ask for a balcony.<\/p>\n

Valuables:<\/strong>
\nIt is possible to leave your valuables at the reception where you will get a receipt for them. Only the Comfort and Superior apartements dispose of a safe. The Residence is not responsible for unattended valuables.<\/p>\n

Pushchairs and prams:<\/strong>
\nPlease note that they can’t be taken to the rooms or apartments, but have to be left at our room at the ground floor.<\/p>\n

The admission to the apartments\/rooms is permits exclusive at house guests.
\nCONDITIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The booking can be considered as definitive on the receipt of a requested deposit. The deposit can be made by non transferable cheque, postal order to send to: Residence Riposo, Str. Janin\u00a02, I-39030 Colfosco \u2013 Corvara in Badia (BZ) or through bank transfer at:<\/p>\n

During the “Maratona dles Dolomites” (international cycle race, this year it will take place on Sunday 5 July 2026), we require the total amount of your stay (tourist tax included).<\/p>\n

For late arrival, early departure or no show clients, we have to charge a part of the total amount, as you can read on our written confirmation.
\nIn case of cancellation, and as mentioned in the Italian civil code, art. 1385 and in the sense of consumer protection Codex (art.59) , the deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
