GENERAL CONDITIONS:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Prices are to be intended per person and day, for overnight stay only and for a minimum stay of 7 nights. <\/strong>For under 7 nights\u00a0stay we will charge a supplement.
\nApartments with kitchen will be rented only for a minimum\u00a0 of 7 night stay.<\/p>\n

All of our rooms and each apartment dispose of private bathroom with shower or bathtub, hair-dryers, WC, bidet and\u00a0TV. Some have balcony.
\nOur Comfort and Superior apartments also dispose of: dishwasher and safe.<\/p>\n

Included services:
\n<\/strong>Use of bed linens, towels, crockeries, water, electricity, parking area, taxes, ski depot, WI FI, sauna (closed on Saturdays and during summer months) and final cleaning if the apartment\/kitchen are clean at the departure.<\/p>\n

Reductions:<\/strong>
\n-20% for children up to 7 years , only in the added beds. *Reductions for children are only granted in the apartments with two full paying persons, for a minimum of 7 nights. We don’t make any reductions in the periods: from December 1st 2026 to January 7th 2027 and from February 1st 2027 to End of season (except for other agreements with the management).<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nTourist tax * Euro 3,00 per person and overnight stay is excluded, excluding children under 14 years<\/p>\n

Our services on payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-During winter season it is possible to book your stay with half board treatment (breakfast buffet and 3-course dinner) which will be served at the Hotel Borest (in front of our Residence). The price is around Euro 50,oo per person and day (Euro 16,00 breakfast + Euro 34,00 dinner) (upon reservation).
\nThe surcharge for the half board can change according to season;<\/p>\n

-Bread service, only on reservation till 6:00 p.m. of the day before;<\/p>\n

-Washing machine and dryer machine;<\/p>\n

-Garage car park, only on reservation, at the daily rate of Euro 18,00;<\/p>\n

-Solarium costs Euro 18,00 per session.<\/p>\n

Final cleaning:
\n<\/strong>Between Euro 0,00 and Euro 150,00, depending of the condition of the apartment at the departure.<\/p>\n

Pets:
\n<\/strong>We accept pets in our Standard and Comfort apartments and someone Superior apartments (max 1 pet per room) at the price of Euro 18,00 per day per pet. Please mention your pet when booking and not that animals are not allowed to enter the breakfast room, restaurant and sauna – solarium rooms.<\/p>\n

Smoking:
\n<\/strong>Enjoy our non-smoking rooms and apartments.
\nTo smoke please use the balcony. At the reservation please ask for a balcony.<\/p>\n

Valuables:
\n<\/strong>It is possible to leave your valuables at the reception where you will get a receipt for them. Only the Comfort and Superior apartments dispose of a safe. The Residence is not responsible for unattended valuables.<\/p>\n

Pushchairs and prams:
\n<\/strong>Please note that they can’t be taken to the rooms or apartments, but have to be left at our room at the ground floor.<\/p>\n

The admission to the apartments\/ rooms is permits exclusive at house guests.<\/p>\n

CONDITIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The booking can be considered as definitive on the receipt of a requested deposit . The deposit can be made by non transferable cheque, postal order to send to: Residence Riposo, Str. Janin 2, 39030 Colfosco \u2013 Corvara \u00a0in Badia (BZ) <\/strong>or by bank transfer at:<\/p>\n

For late arrival, early departure or no show clients, we charge the total amount of the stay, (see cancellation police). In case of cancellation, and as mentioned in the Italian civil code, art. 1385 and in the sense of the consumer protection Codex (art. 59), the deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
